30 YEAR WARRANT FOR KOBLER QUARTZ FLOOR PRODUCTS

  1. General warranty regulations

– Provide warranty for all customers who purchased products at stores that were included in the Kobler system.

– Warranty policy only applies to the first installation. Products that have been disassembled, replaced, repaired or moved from another building will not be included in our warranty policy. 

– Kobler’s national franchises are responsible for providing warranty for technical errors. 

– Kobler has a responsibility to warrant all defects from the manufacturer.

– In the first 30 years, Kobler commits to warranty all products, each for once. The following years, the product will only be repaired and remedied. If the product meets the required condition to be replaced under warranty, the product will be considered as being installed for the first time.

– Warranty policy only applies to product innovation or repair and does not include refunds or compensation.

  1. Warranty approved cases 

Kobler will be responsible for warrant all product defects from the manufacturer such as:

– Floor panels are not uniform in size, floor panel locking jaws are misaligned, floor panels are not assembled tightly, etc.

– Warranty on quartz floor quality if the quartz floor warps or shrinks while using under the normal conditions.

– Floor surface: Discolors or smudges when not exposed to sunlight.

– Lock seams: Errors such as squeaking, open seams, loose or slipping locks (must not be soaked in water or damp) will be warranted. 

– The product is still under warranty and the customer can provide the Company’s warranty card. Warranty card is intact, not erased or repaired.

– In addition, other warranty cases will rely on the discussion and agreement between the customer and Kobler to come up with an appropriate warranty plan.

  1. Kobler’s regulations on non-warranty cases

– Products whose warranty period has expired as prescribed.

– Products that are flooded or wet.

– Products that are defective or damaged due to natural disasters or fires, products that customers have intentionally repaired and installed at a construction site without a custodian.

– The customer’s warranty card is not activated by Kobler staff on the warranty system.

– Product warranty does not apply when used in abnormal conditions or installed outdoors, in abandoned buildings, or when installation specifications do not comply with the manufacturer’s.

– Quartz floors lose color due to customers using chemicals or direct sunlight shining on the floor.

– No warranty for products damaged by using heavy, sharp objects dragging on the surface.

If there is any problem that is subjectively assessed as being under our Limited Warranty, please contact the Kobler retailer where you purchased the furniture for warranty service. All claims must include the original sale receipt, product serial number, and being under the applicable warranty period. If the retailer where you purchased your furniture is closed, please contact Kobler in writing or call our Customer Care department.
